Unfortunately, the owner's attitude was quite disappointing. communication was poor, and getting assistance felt like an uphill battle. Additionally, accessibility to the hotel was challenging with luggage.

Room service through the iPad was super convenient. However, carrying my luggage up three flights of stairs was quite a hassle. The absence of breakfast options left me needing to find food outside early in the morning. It would have been nice to have more support with luggage when checking in. Staff seemed friendly, but more personnel would’ve improved the immediate assistance.
